Thomas Tuchel has suffered a major setback ahead of England’s upcoming Nations League matches, with five players forced to withdraw from the squad due to injuries.
Tino Livramento, Kobbie Mainoo, Cole Palmer, Marcus Rashford and Declan Rice will not be available for England in their upcoming Nations League fixtures.
The absence of five players represents a major concern for manager Thomas Tuchel, who will have to reorganize his squad in several areas.
To fill the gaps, Tuchel has made emergency call-ups for Everton midfielder James Garner and Nottingham Forest star Morgan Gibbs-White.
Both players are expected to join the rest of the squad at St. George’s Park as England prepare for their Nations League matches against Spain, the Czech Republic and Croatia.
