Italian club Como have reached an agreement with Real Madrid for the permanent transfer of Argentine midfielder Nico Paz, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Romano reports that Como will complete the permanent signing of the 20-year-old after both clubs finalized the deal, with the transfer now considered complete.
A key factor in the agreement was Nico Paz’s own desire to continue his career at Como, where he has found the playing time and environment needed to continue his development.
However, Real Madrid have not completely relinquished control over the talented Argentine. The Spanish giants have included a buy-back clause in the agreement, allowing them to re-sign Paz in the future should they decide to activate the option.
This is another strategic move by Real Madrid, who continue to closely monitor the progress of one of Argentina’s most promising young talents, while Como secure his services on a permanent basis.
