Carlo Ancelotti is the highest-paid national team manager in the world, according to a list published by the German newspaper “Bild.”
The Italian coach, who currently manages the Brazilian national team, earns around €10 million per year.
In second place is Germany manager Jürgen Klopp, with an annual salary of €7 million.
The podium is completed by Mauricio Pochettino, head coach of the United States national team, who earns €6.8 million per year.
England manager Thomas Tuchel ranks fourth, with an annual salary of €6 million.
He is followed by Spain coach Luis de la Fuente, who earns €5 million per year, while Jorge Jesus, manager of Portugal, earns €4 million.
In seventh place is Zinedine Zidane, head coach of France, with an annual salary of €3.6 million.
According to the “Bild” list, Ancelotti leads the rankings by a margin of €3 million over Klopp.
