Paris Saint-Germain are on the verge of signing Ferran Torres from Barcelona, after the two parties reached an agreement in principle over a long-term contract.
According to Italian journalist Nicolò Schira, the Spanish forward has agreed to a deal with the French champions that would keep him in Paris until the summer of 2031.
PSG are now preparing their first official offer to submit to Barcelona for the 26-year-old winger. According to the same source, Ferran Torres is willing to leave the Catalan club during this summer transfer window.
The Spanish international has also attracted interest from two Premier League clubs. However, the player has decided to continue his career at PSG, making the French giants his preferred destination, Express reports.
It remains to be seen whether Barcelona will accept the offer that PSG are expected to formalize in the coming days, with negotiations between the two clubs likely to intensify.
