n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, nga gjykat\u00ebsi i rastit Sabit Sadikaj, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qorolli dhe Mjaku ngarkohen se e kan\u00eb kanosur deputeten Deliu-Kodra p\u00ebrmes rrjetit social \u201cFacebook\u201d me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, nd\u00ebr to sipas aktakuz\u00ebs deputetja u kanos edhe me fjal\u00ebt \u201c\u2026kisha pre p\u00ebr zgjalli tkisha gri\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fillimisht ndaj t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebve (secilit ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7), gjykata shqiptoi d\u00ebnim me burgim n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej 6 muajve, mir\u00ebpo me p\u00eblqimin e tyre, d\u00ebnimi me burgim \u00ebsht\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar n\u00eb d\u00ebnim me gjob\u00eb, n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 1 mij\u00eb eurove p\u00ebr secilin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas k\u00ebtij aktgjykimi, d\u00ebnimin me gjob\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarit mund ta paguajn\u00eb n\u00eb afat prej nj\u00eb viti n\u00eb gjasht\u00eb k\u00ebste, p\u00ebrndryshe n\u00eb rast t\u00eb mos pages\u00ebs ky d\u00ebnim p\u00ebrmbarohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb dhunshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit u obliguan q\u00eb secili ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7 t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb edhe shpenzimet procedurale dhe at\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 20 euro p\u00ebr paushallin gjyq\u00ebsor dhe 20 euro tjera n\u00eb p\u00ebr Fondin e Kompensimit t\u00eb Viktimave t\u00eb Krimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, p\u00ebr realizimin e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs pasurore juridike, pala e d\u00ebmtuar, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast deputetja Deliu-Kodra \u00ebsht\u00eb udh\u00ebzuar n\u00eb kontest juridiko civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E d\u00ebmtuara Deliu-Kodra nuk ishte e pranishme as n\u00eb seancat paraprake p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, e as n\u00eb shpallje t\u00eb k\u00ebtij aktgjykimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ndryshe, Qorolli dhe Mjaku n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn fillestare t\u00eb mbajtur m\u00eb 10 shtator 2024 t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit e kishin pranuar faj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale q\u00eb ju vihej n\u00eb barr\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast akuzohet edhe Mirand Terzija, mir\u00ebpo p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin gjykata n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e lartcekur ka ve\u00e7uar procedur\u00ebn penale, pasi q\u00eb i nj\u00ebjti ka munguar p\u00ebr tre her\u00eb radhazi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrpiluar m\u00eb 7 shtator 2022 nga Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Ergim Qorolli, Blend Mjaku dhe Mirand Terzija po akuzoheshin\/akuzohet se m\u00eb 19 n\u00ebntor 2021, pas nj\u00eb seance t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, me dashje dhe seriozisht e kan\u00eb kanosur deputeten Blerta Deliu-Kodra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktakuza thot\u00eb se kanosjen ndaj Deliu-Kodr\u00ebs, t\u00eb akuzuarit e kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrmes rrjetit social \u201cFacebook\u201d, ashtu q\u00eb i akuzuari Qorolli i ishte drejtuar me fjal\u00ebt: \u201cgjakin bre ta q\u2026, robt bre ti q\u2026,krejt ata t\u00eb gjall e ata m\u00eb t\u00eb afrmit ti q\u2026, bre k***\u00ebn e nan\u00ebs ta q\u2026, zoti shpirtin ta marrt qysh o mas keqi bre k***en e serbis ta q\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, i akuzuari Mjaku n\u00eb akuz\u00eb thuhet se ishte drejtuar me fjal\u00ebt: \u201ckrejt sha ki ti q\u2026, dekmit ti kisha q.., edhe ti q., kisha pre p\u00ebr zgjalli tkisha gri\u201d, kurse i akuzuari Terzija kishte shkruar fjal\u00ebt: \u201ckrejt robt ti q\u2026 ha, qysh UQK terrorist\u00eb ti q\u2026 gjakin e nan\u00ebs ta q\u2026k***en e dreqit, ta q\u2026 shkin\u00ebn e nan\u00ebs ho oj shkin ti q\u2026 tdekmit n loqk\u201d, me \u00e7ka tek tek e d\u00ebmtuara-deputetja Deliu-Kodra \u00ebsht\u00eb shfaqur ndjenja e frik\u00ebs, ankthit dhe pasiguris\u00eb p\u00ebr jet\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me k\u00ebto veprime Qorolli, Mjaku dhe Terzija po akuzoheshin\/akuzohet se secili ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7 kan\u00eb kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKanosje\u201d nga neni 181, paragrafi 3 lidhur me paragrafin 1 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, vep\u00ebr kjo e d\u00ebnueshme me burgim prej gjasht\u00eb muaj
