{"id":3704,"date":"2024-03-11T10:56:47","date_gmt":"2024-03-11T10:56:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shkurteshqip.online\/?p=3704"},"modified":"2024-03-11T10:56:48","modified_gmt":"2024-03-11T10:56:48","slug":"shtyhet-gjykimi-ndaj-te-akuzuarve-per-vrasjen-e-biznesmenit-bedri-rexhepi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shkurteshqip.online\/?p=3704","title":{"rendered":"Shtyhet gjykimi ndaj t\u00eb akuzuarve p\u00ebr vrasjen e biznesmenit Bedri Rexhepi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb prokurorit Armend Hamiti, \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb seanca e s\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, n\u00eb rastin ku Jeton dhe Nexhat Vllasaliu po akuzohen p\u00ebr vrasjen e biznesmenit Bedri Rexhepi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kryetarja e trupit gjykues, gjykat\u00ebsja Medie Bytyqi b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se prokurori Hamiti mungon n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e sotme p\u00ebr arsye sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjykat\u00ebsja Bytyqi po ashtu tha se nga nj\u00ebsia e transportit gjykata \u00ebsht\u00eb njoftuar se do t\u00eb vonohen disa minuta p\u00ebr sjelljen e t\u00eb akuzuarit Jeton Vllasaliu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana, seanca e sotme \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ndryshe, seanca e dat\u00ebs 23 janar 2024, 5 tetorit 2023 dhe ajo e 30 n\u00ebntorit 2023, ishin mbyllur me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb prokurorit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeton dhe Nexhat Vllasaliu ishin deklaruar t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e 14 n\u00ebntorit 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Jeton dhe Nexhat Vllasaliu ngarkohen me vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVrasje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d, nga neni 173, paragrafi 1.6 dhe 1.4 lidhur me nenin 31 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KPRK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb thuhet se prej periudh\u00ebs 9 janar 2021 deri m\u00eb 8 prill 2021, t\u00eb pandehurit Vllasaliu n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerjeje pas marr\u00ebveshjes paraprake, kishin filluar planifikimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb privuar nga jeta t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarin, Bedri Rexhepi, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb fitimit t\u00eb dobis\u00eb pasurore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas akuz\u00ebs, ata fillimisht i kishin ndar\u00eb rolet dhe planifikuar veprimet dhe Jeton Vllasaliu duke shfryt\u00ebzuar besimin q\u00eb i d\u00ebmtuari\/i ndjeri Rexhepi kishte ndaj tij, e v\u00eb n\u00eb lajthitje t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin, ashtu q\u00eb duke filluar nga 9 janar 2021, i kishte ofruar p\u00ebr shitje dy vetura, nj\u00eb \u201cRange Rover\u201d dhe nj\u00eb \u201cBM\u00cb X3\u201d, p\u00ebr vler\u00ebn prej 30 mij\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tutje, thuhet se gjat\u00eb realizimit t\u00eb planit te tyre, i pandehuri Jeton, m\u00eb 8 prill 2021 t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarin Rexhepi e d\u00ebrgon n\u00eb fshatin Vllasali n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e t\u00eb pandehurit Nexhat ku paraprakisht kishin planifikuar vrasjen e tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas k\u00ebsaj, aktakuza thot\u00eb se i pandehuri Jeton n\u00eb m\u00ebnyre tin\u00ebzare duke e ngufatur e privon nga jeta Rexhepin, duke menduar se ka me vete shum\u00ebn e t\u00eb hollave dhe at\u00eb n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 30 mij\u00eb euro, si\u00e7 edhe ishin marr\u00eb vesh p\u00ebr shitjen e veturave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, sipas aktit akuzues pas vrasjes tek viktima kishte gjetur vet\u00ebm shum\u00ebn prej 8 mij\u00eb euro q\u00eb i ka ndar\u00eb me t\u00eb pandehurin Nexhat Vllasaliu. Pastaj, thuhet se kufom\u00ebn e t\u00eb ndjerit e d\u00ebrgon n\u00eb katin e tret\u00eb t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb pamund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ta varrosur e kishte mb\u00ebshtjellur kok\u00ebn e tij me qese t\u00eb zez\u00eb t\u00eb najlonit, kurse t\u00ebr\u00eb trupin me perden e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurit Nexhat dhe e kishte lidhur me nj\u00eb litar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tutje, thuhet se vetur\u00ebn e t\u00eb ndjerit Rexhepi e kishte d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb arat e fshatit Sushic\u00eb-Janjev\u00eb dhe nga aty, i pandehuri Jeton i kishte telefonuar t\u00eb pandehurit Nexhat, i cili pastaj e kishte marr\u00eb me vetur\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn q\u00eb d\u00ebrgon tek vendi ku e kishte l\u00ebn\u00eb automjetin e t\u00eb ndjerit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs, thuhet se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, i pandehuri Nexhat do t\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs dhe at\u00eb duke tentuar t\u2019i humb gjurm\u00ebt e kryerjes s\u00eb vepr\u00ebs, ashtu si\u00e7 edhe ishte planifikuar m\u00eb her\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, t\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen her\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes m\u00eb 9 prill 2021, s\u00eb bashku shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb fshatin Vllasali tek vendi ku ishte kufoma dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerjeje e d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb n\u00eb vendin kodrinor-malor t\u00eb quajtur Mali i Madh n\u00eb Vllasali, ku i pandehuri Nexhat e kryen veprimin si\u00e7 e kishin planifikuar m\u00eb her\u00ebt, p\u00ebr zhdukjen e kufom\u00ebs duke e varrosur dhe duke i fshehur edhe gjurm\u00ebt deri m\u00eb 30 shtator 2022, kur jan\u00eb gjetur mbetjet mortore q\u00eb besohet se jan\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit Rexhepi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit, po ashtu ngarkohen me vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cD\u00ebmtim i varreve apo kufomave\u201d, nga neni 413, paragrafi 2 lidhur me nenin 31 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas dispozitivit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs, t\u00eb pandehurit Vllasaliu m\u00eb 9 prill 2021, rreth or\u00ebs 06:00 n\u00eb fshatin Vllasali Novob\u00ebrd\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerjeje me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb fshehjes s\u00eb gjurm\u00ebve p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn e kryer penale e kan\u00eb fshehur kufom\u00ebn e tani t\u00eb ndjerit Rexhepi, duke e varrosur n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vendvarrim, gjegj\u00ebsisht n\u00eb vendin e quajtur Mali i Madh n\u00eb Vllasali.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb prokurorit Armend Hamiti, \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb seanca e s\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, n\u00eb rastin ku Jeton dhe Nexhat Vllasaliu po akuzohen p\u00ebr vrasjen e biznesmenit Bedri Rexhepi.
