Nga ajo, ka rezultuar se p\u00ebrbrenda k\u00ebsaj periudhe, shuma e t\u00eb gjitha eksporteve \u00ebsht\u00eb duksh\u00ebm m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt sesa ajo q\u00eb proklamohet n\u00eb plan t\u00eb biznesit.<\/ins><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gjetjet e Prokuroris\u00eb p\u00ebr eksport:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c- N\u00eb vitin vitin 2015 kishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb eksport me dat\u00ebn 01.7.2015 ku p\u00ebrmes pik\u00ebs kufitare ka eksportuar tek subjekti SWISSDrini SA n\u00eb Panama n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 8.172.48 euro,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Me vitin 2016 ka 7 eksporte, nj\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi dhe gjasht\u00eb tjera n\u00eb Kin\u00eb ku ka eksportuar makineri t\u00eb ndryshme dhe sasi t\u00eb ujit, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 125.921.68 euro duksh\u00ebm me te vog\u00ebl se sa vlera e pretenduar n\u00eb biznes plan,<\/em><\/strong><\/ins><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 N\u00eb vitin 2017 ka 36 eksporte, n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 271.878.81 euro, duksh\u00ebm me te vog\u00ebl se sa vlera e pretenduar n\u00eb biznes plan<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 N\u00eb vitin 2018 ka 15 eksporte, n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 83.643,82 euro, duksh\u00ebm me te vog\u00ebl se sa vlera e pretenduar ne biznes plan<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 N\u00eb vitin 2019 ka 9 eksporte n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 16,541.85 euro, duksh\u00ebm me te vog\u00ebl se sa vlera e pretenduar ne biznes plan e q\u00eb realisht shuma e te gjitha eksporteve sipas Dogan\u00ebs arrin vler\u00ebn prej 506.158.64 euro, apo realisht as shuma e k\u00ebstit te kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb huazimit\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kur kishte marr\u00eb huan\u00eb e par\u00eb nga nj\u00ebri prej investitor\u00ebve zviceran\u00eb, Schoffler i \u2018Spirit of Drini\u2019 kishte vet\u00ebm 19 mij\u00eb euro n\u00eb llogari. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, ai p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb tij u pyet edhe nga prokurori, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka dha nj\u00eb arsyetim q\u00eb s\u2019ia mbushi syrin gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cN\u00eb pyetjen e Prokuroris\u00eb se cila ka qene gjendja financiare e kompanis\u00eb se tij (Thomas Schoffler) me rastin e lidhjes se kontratave te huas i pandehuri ka deklaruar se giendja ka qen\u00eb e mir\u00eb, kurse kur \u00ebsht\u00eb ballafaquar me pyetjen se \u00e7far\u00eb mund te na thuani se n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e lidhjes se kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb me vler\u00eb prej 600.000 euro<\/strong> kompania juaj kishte vet\u00ebm 19.000 euro n\u00eb llogari<\/strong>, i pandehuri ka deklaruar se fillimisht me kompanin\u00eb Apro ka nd\u00ebrtuar fabrik\u00ebn pastaj p\u00ebr shkaqe natyrore ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar dhe bashk\u00eb-aksionar\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb pranuar t\u00eb investojn\u00eb pastaj n\u00eb ato rrethana partner\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb pranuar investitor\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm dhe se jan\u00eb nda mes vete pastaj ky ka vazhduar p\u00ebr objektin t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb investime k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb e ka themeluar kompanin\u00eb \u201cDrini i Bardh\u00eb\u201d sh.p.k dhe me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb funksionalizimit ka lidhur kontrata t\u00eb huas<\/strong>\u201d<\/em>, vijon aktakuza e redaktuar, q\u00eb ka siguruar Insajderi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
