Sipas njoftimit zyrtar, S.S. dyshohet p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Krime lufte kund\u00ebr popullsis\u00eb civile”, e kryer gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Ai akuzohet se, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb uniformuar \u2013 pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb mobilizuara t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb \u2013 ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb vrasjen e civil\u00ebve t\u00eb paarmatosur n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Vushtrris\u00eb, gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, m\u00eb dat\u00ebn 6 prill 1999, i dyshuari n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb aksioni gjat\u00eb t\u00eb cilit jan\u00eb pla\u00e7kitur dhe djegur sht\u00ebpi, nd\u00ebrsa ndaj civil\u00ebve jan\u00eb kryer akte dhune fizike dhe seksuale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gjat\u00eb hetimeve jan\u00eb mbledhur prova materiale, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cilat mb\u00ebshtesin dyshimet ndaj t\u00eb pandehurit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
