N\u00eb mesin e shum\u00eb materialeve, ka edhe dokumente nga institucionet e Beogradit zyrtar. Gjyqtar\u00ebt e Speciales i pranuan ato n\u00eb procesin gjyq\u00ebsor.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokumente t\u00eb l\u00ebshuara nga departamenti serb i siguris\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto prova me vul\u00eb t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Beogradit zyrtar, do t\u00eb r\u00ebndojn\u00eb mbi ish-krer\u00ebt e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb po gjykohen n\u00eb Hag\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb vendimi q\u00eb e kan\u00eb marr\u00eb gjyqtar\u00ebt e Speciales, duke aprovuar n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Specializuar, p\u00ebr pranimin e provave t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb gjykim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vendimin q\u00eb e ka par\u00eb Nacionale, n\u00eb mesin e dokumenteve, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00eb mban vul\u00ebn e departamentit t\u00eb siguris\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLidhur me Raportet Serbe, Paneli v\u00ebren se Provat e Propozuara 17, 18, 20, 23, 24, 26, 28-30, 33-36, 40-41, 48 dhe 49 jan\u00eb t\u00eb datuara, t\u00eb vulosura, mbajn\u00eb nj\u00eb titull dhe nj\u00eb num\u00ebr protokolli ose reference, dhe tregojn\u00eb klasifikimin e tyre. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, ato ose jan\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruara ose identifikojn\u00eb autoritetin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs l\u00ebshues. Paneli v\u00ebren gjithashtu pretendimet e ZPS-s\u00eb se p\u00ebrmbajtja e Prov\u00ebs s\u00eb Propozuar 39 p\u00ebrputhet, pjes\u00ebrisht, me informacionin e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb prova t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb dosje. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, Provat e Propozuara 43-45 jan\u00eb t\u00eb datuara, tregojn\u00eb klasifikimin e dokumenteve dhe mbajn\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr protokolli. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, Prova e Propozuar 45 \u00ebsht\u00eb e n\u00ebnshkruar. Lidhur me Prov\u00ebn e Propozuar 51, Paneli v\u00ebren se ajo p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga [REDAKTUAR].
