Ai shtoi po at\u00eb dit\u00eb se Prokuroria k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb Berisha t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb \u201carrest sht\u00ebpie\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb 30 dhjetor 2023 Gjykata e Posa\u00e7me njoftoi se e kishte vendosur mas\u00ebn arrest sht\u00ebpiak ndaj Berish\u00ebs i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u hetuar s\u00eb bashku me dh\u00ebndrin e tij Jamarb\u00ebr Malltezi (aktualisht n\u00ebn mas\u00ebn \u201carrest sht\u00ebpie\u201d) p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e privatizimit t\u00eb ish-kompleksit sportiv Partizani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb her\u00ebt, Sali Berisha ka refuzuar masat e dh\u00ebna nga SPAK, at\u00eb t\u00eb detyrimit t\u00eb paraqitjes dhe t\u00eb ndalimit t\u00eb daljes jasht\u00eb shtetit, duke i konsideruar masat si antikushtetuese.
